Begin to transform your outer beauty by indulging in a before bedtime mini facial with some of my most loved and treasured Estée Lauder skincare. Mini facial, mini visage or mini viso – no matter the language the meaning of a facial in the same. That is to treat, replenish and revive your skin.
And So To Bed – The Power Nap Facial is an ode to some iconic beauty that you will return to again and again, no matter where you may be in life.
THE CLEANSING MOMENT
Prepare: Begin with a clean surface by removing all traces of makeup. One of my nightly cleansing rituals is beginning with the Advanced Night Cleansing Balm.
A buttery balm that melts on to the skin transforming into a shimmering cleansing milk, as you gently massage it over your face and neck. And while it cleanses your skin will not be stripped or the skin barrier function disturbed.

The How To: Use one dropper. Smooth the hydrating serum gently all over face and neck. Can be used night and day.
Some Ingredients Facts: The TRIPEPTIDE-32 skincare factor – helps to promote the skin’s natural renewal and boost natural collagen. Enhanced with Hyaluronic Acid, the serum offers 74-hour hydration optimisation.
What I Love: I have used this product for many years and it never disappoints. The serum texture is light to the touch and easily absorbs, ready for my next skincare product. I have to admit this is one of my most favourite Estée Lauder beauty rituals. And is one of their most iconic skincare success stories.
A REFRESHING MOMENT
Refresh And Soothe: Gently pat on Micro Essence Treatment Lotion to refresh, soothe and nourish. The Micro Essence Treatment Lotion with Bio-Ferment helps to optimise the skin barrier function.

What I Love: I always use some type of skincare refresher. The Micro Essence Treatment Lotion is gentle on the skin and the after-effect is light and cooling.

What I Love: I added this cream to my skincare program a couple of years ago. Though it is a cream formulation its texture is light but leaves a feeling of deep hydration. I carry a mini version with me when I travel.
